Excellent scores were also turned in by Team Barry/Joe & the team of Ron & Sally Crandall (it's a family affair). The new team of Marc Dashevsky, Bob & Dave Bluestein did very well. Good totals were achieved by the Schuberts, Without Jamie, Team Dorin, Team Teitelbaum & UNM. Every song was identified by at least three entrants. In GOLQ37, I used all top-5 songs, but showed that the quiz could still be difficult. This time NONE of the songs used made the top 10; my point was to show that this would not necessarily make the quiz difficult. For the 13 teams/ individuals who entered both GOLQ37 & GOLQ42, the average scores were 80.6 pts. higher on this quiz than on GOLQ37. Ron Crandall not only recognized this main thread, but predicted the general results of the comparison between the two quizzes!! Thanks to all who entered. Barry Silk, recent returnee to the e-mail world, has already posted GOLQ43.
