GOLDEN OLDIES LYRICS QUIZ #199 ANSWERS:

Answers are in the form:
#number) Artist: Title (year[s]) [peak Pop] {peak R&B}

    "peak Pop" = Peak position achieved on the weekly Billboard chart
    "peak R&B" = Peak position on the weekly Billboad Rhythm & Blues chart

Recordings charting between late 1963 and early 1965 show a peak R&B of {n/c},
meaning "no chart", as Billboard didn't publish an R&B chart from 11/30/63
through 1/23/65.

    King's answer record to Neil Sedaka's "Oh! Carol." (GOLQ109)
    I think it was issued in late 59, although it's also listed as
    1960. The Coasters and Silk/Magruder/McCaw teams identified
    this oft mentioned, but seldom heard recording.

How'd you like a Body By Fisher girl?
If man keeps goin' in this same old way
Makin' himself some robot slave
#T2) Turtles: Pall Bearing, Ball Bearing World (1966)

    From "You Baby", The Turtles second LP. The Price/Morley
