RESULTS & ANSWER KEY for Golden Oldies Lyrics Quiz #209 (GOLQ209)

Thanks to all for playing GOLQ 209, and CONGRATULATIONS to Ron Anderson
and the Village Idiots, who tied for the top spot . . . both teams had
perfect scores and identified both tie breakers. Randy and Peter, and
Across the Boarder also had perfect scores but got partial or no credit
on T1. Delphi Trivia, who identified both tie breakers, came in fifth
and would have tied for first, except for two picky deductions which we
hated to assess (but did anyway, since the other four teams had them
perfect). As a point of interest, eight of the fourteen entrants missed
two or less, while the remaining six teams--many of which often score
well--commented that our quiz was very challenging. We also noted that
a number of regular players did not submit an entry, and we hope the
quiz wasn't so difficult that we scared folks away. Either that, or it
"just shows t'go ya" that different folks have different memory triggers.

We hope everyone enjoyed the quiz.

20 feet away, I saw them perform this song during a workshop at the
1965 Newport Folk Music Festival; same event where Dylan "went
electric" and sang "Like A Rolling Stone."
