#T1) Gamble, Kenny: "You Don't Know What You've Got Until You Lose It"
                                                               (1963) [-] {-}
    This was on the radio for a short time where I grew up. I wasn't
    expecting it to be that obscure. Kenny Gamble went on from this
    first single to partner with Leon Huff, producing such acts as MFSB,
    The O'Jays, Intruders and Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes.

#T2) Lothar & The Hand People: "Machines" (1968) [-] {-}

    Missed their first big break the night Chas Chandler of Animals fame,
    but also a budding entrepreneur, came to hear them and Jimi Hendrix.
    Jimi's set ended first and Chas was so blown away, he quickly left with
    Jimi, eventually remaking him into a Psychedelic guitar god. Then Elektra
    Records wanted to make them the star of their label. They said no, and
    The Doors were signed as the replacement. This album cut got decent
    airplay on FM stations and was also covered by Manfred Mann. It is also
    on various all-time Top 100 lists for psychedelic songs.
