RESULTS and ANSWER KEY for Golden Oldies Lyrics Quiz #327 (GOLQ327)
It would appear that this month's entrants were in heaven and not the least
bit bedevilled by the quiz. T1 seems to have been the only stumbling block.
Scores were high and at least one entrant commented that perhaps the theme
made the quiz TOO easy. I thought the quiz would be more challenging than
it turned out to be; there were many Whitburn bottom-feeders and at least
10 songs that had not previously graced a GOLQ. I will try to be more demonic
next time.
The themes (heaven/devil) were identified by everyone. Perfect scores were
achieved by Lehigh Valley Pa Trivia Guys, Really Rockin' In Boston, and Will
McCorry. Great job folks!
As a matter of possible interest to the GOLQ community, Ellis Bromberg of
the EJs team sent me the link http://tinyurl.com/jw476ea which leads to
an article in the Milwaukee Journal regarding Joel Whitburn.
