CORRECTION TO RESULTS and ANSWER KEY for Golden Oldies Lyrics Quiz #331 (GOLQ331)

changes the participant ranking and (slightly) changes the recognition score,
but not the rank.

Also as an addendum, several participants followed up on my comment on #25
("Sextet" vs. "Strings"). There is evidence that the 78 rpm release showed
the "sextet" version while the 45 rpm version has "strings" on the label.

Congratulations to Will McCorry who will walk away with the usual large
GOLQ cash prize for having a perfect 500++ score.

The theme, of course, was money in varying U.S. currency units. I had given
some thought to trying to find some non-U.S. types in songs, but I came up
empty. I suppose I could have stretched the theme and included a British unit
as in "A Hundred Pounds Of Clay" but quickly realized that this would probably
get me banned from GOLQ for life.

Thanks to all who participated and a special "nice to see ya again" to
GOLQ legacy Ron Crandall who came out of semi-retirement to take part
in the quiz.

Regina Litman will be posting GOLQ 332 soon.

indicates that a completely incorrect response was submitted. For tie-breakers
(songs T1 & T2), a "+" indicates full credit, a "-" indicates partial credit,
an "x" indicates an incorrect guess, and a "." indicates no guess.

GOLDEN OLDIES LYRICS QUIZ #331 ANSWERS:
Answers are in the form:

#number) Artist: "Title" (chart year) [peak Pop] {peak R&B} <xxx>...<yyy>

where:
"peak Pop" = Peak position achieved on the weekly Billboard Pop chart.
"peak R&B" = Peak position on the weekly Billboard Rhythm & Blues chart.
(Billboard didn't publish an R&B chart between 11/30/63 and 1/23/65,
so recordings in that interval show peak R&B of {n/c} ("no chart").)
"xxx",...,"yyy" = prior GOLQ(s) in which the song appeared, if any.

Both my Whitburn books say "Sextet". Got me to wondering if this is not one
