Hello Oldies Fans,

Welcome to GOLQ88! The quiz will include a number of songs 
used on previous GOLQs (see Section 7 of the GOLQ Rules). 
All songs are connected to a series of themes, which should 
make the quiz somewhat easier. 

Please make sure that you E-mail all your answers and comments 
privately to ilva@cc.helsinki.fi. If you see this quiz in a
newsgroup, DO NOT POST your answers or comments to the newsgroup. 
If you're not sure what you're doing, don't do it!

If you do not have the official GOLQ Rules (a posted copy of 
the rules should follow a posted copy of this quiz on most sites), 
then you may retrieve them via anonymous ftp from the remote 
directory "bobcat.bbn.com:/pub/golq/FAQ" in the file "rules". 
There have been no changes to general rules.

If you want GOLQs and their Results/Answers sent directly to you 
via e-mail, just send a message to golq-request@world.std.com 
consisting only of the word "subscribe" in the body, not the subject,
