Subject: Golden Oldies Lyrics Quiz 205 (GOLQ205)
From: Tom Pillion and Rick Falkenstein <>

Welcome to GOLQ 205, courtesy of The NAVAIRHEADS. Our previous quiz,
GOLQ200, was characterized by each set of lyrics containing just three
words. We thought using just three words might make things extra
difficult, so we offset the anticipated difficulty by using many
familiar chart-toppers. Scores turned out much higher than we expected.
This time around, our intent is to once again keep the wording to a
minimum, but we haven't restricted ourselves to just three words,
and we reduced the number of chart-toppers. Still, we have included
a fair share of big hits mixed with a few stumpers. Enjoy.

The secret way you hold my hand

Touch your face, your hands

Finger pies

We're gonna twist while the feeling goes on, goes on, goes on

Without your love there is no day

Bulldog Drummond

Like the moon growing dim on the the rim of the hill

Flight 1203

Well, you know I'll never stop (never stop)

Dappled and drowsy

Pretty pretty pretty pretty

Wide with excitement and fear

Fahrenheit or centigrade

That breathless charm

Hush of night

Arms around me good and tight

Rubbidy rub dub dub

So I chaffed them

A breath of perfume lingers there

Brim to the dregs

This is the man whose love I depended upon

Pussy willows, dew-kissed pillows

I'm not acting like a lady

That yesterglow

Even the president of the United States
Sometimes must have to stand naked

This little bird, she can fly away
