There is no theme, although some of the songs have some things in common with others. Regarding the tie-breakers--It turns out that at least one of the tie-breakers has been recorded in the GOLQ era (or close to it) by other artists in addition to the one I had in mind when I first selected the song. Some of these artists may not fit alphabetically based on the artist of the other tie-breaker. If you think you know both tie-breakers, but the artist for one of them doesn't fit alphabetically, go ahead and submit it anyway for at least partial credit. Enjoy! -- Regina Litman <golq309@GOLQ.org> ============================================================================ Blindly searching for lyrics on the Internet is not in the spirit of the GOLQs, and we disapprove of this practice.
